I just had an interview for a pretty big tech company, and it was the final step for an offer (just a one on one with the hiring manager, skipped the panel portion). During the interview, I didn’t get to speak at all! The hiring manager spoke the entire time and didn’t ask me any questions, I had to practically chime in to tell her about myself.
