skill, routine, or app? I guess I've learned how to work smart? I know what to anticipate going wrong based on the spring... so lots of tutorials via Screencastify on how to use the technology so I don't get "I thought I turned it in" and assessing students based on their reflections and applications because using standard/mult choice tests just means they will cheat, takng roll with an exit slip at the end of video session using googleforms, setting up lessons so they can't skip the videos...stuff like that.

I am really struggling. I have a toddler and 1 yr old. We have childcare but I’m still finding it so hard to work and be a parent. My husband is a good partner we split household stuff but I’m so exhausted and haven’t been taking care of myself. I love working and aiming for partner one day but right now I’m contemplating taking a leave. I can’t keep waking up at 5 caring for LO working nonstop then struggling through dinner and bedtime back to work and then repeat. Any advice?

I have a title/survey memo due this week and my last one took 3 hrs for 10 items so assumed the new one would be quickly too... Just opened the title commitment here at 11pm, memo due tomorrow, 60 exception items I haven't started reviewing. Send help, I severely played myself 🙃

Multiple cat owners: when did you decide to get your second cat? (if they weren’t a bonded pair of course). I got my very first cat at the end of December and I love him to death. I live alone and so it’s just he and I and I am itching to get him a companion. But I don’t know if I’m ready? He also has always lived alone (he’s only 1, and his previous owners had him from 5 months til a year without other cats). I have the time and money but I’m worried if he’ll like another cat.

Hello Ladies, My LO is 6 months old and he was exclusively fed breastmilk. I tried introducing formula yesterday and today and he straight away refused it. I know it will take some time for him to adjust, but is there anything I can do to ease the process. How did you all do the transition? Any tips are appreciated. TIA
