One year as a consultant and interviewing now, is it appropriate to aim for a senior analyst role?

Hi all- I have a total of 13 years of experience in analytics consulting for CPG and Retail clients, I’ve worked at BCG for 3 years in their analytics team at India. I had a question about Canadian salaries , is 230k CAD base a good number to be paid for someone with my experience, or it should be higher - the role is that of a director at an analytics startup, I’ve realized Retailers pay a whole lot less in general and definitely super low in Canada , any thoughts or advice?. much appreciated.

I have no idea where I want my career to lead to. I have been in audit for 5 years and feel like I want out of accounting in general. I love numbers andbusiness but I am also a creative person.
