Onesource compliance products (GorRS and OIT) are so horrible. How and why??? 9/10 times I call them they cannot help me. There are so many flaws to their system it’s ridiculous. As small as an address on a form!! And their customer service are so useless!!! Not only are they untrained, they are so quick to tell you that something can’t be done (when you’ve done it before and know you can) or “why do you care about this if you already fixed it”. Bitch I have 100 other return just like this one.

Yes, I hate when they claim something can’t be done and you know it can be because you have done it before. I submitted one case that no one could resolve. After days of back and forth and then telling me it couldn’t be fixed, I changed one setting and my issue was resolved. I was tempted to call them to tell them but it was busy season and I had other things to do 🥺

Exactly! They suck so much ugh 😩
