In excel? Bro you know there's an odometer? 😂😂😂

They only reimburse and pay us for that so we can afford drugs to stay up 😉

The mileage is banging. I lease so unless something terrible happens, that maintenance cost of an aging car will never hit me.

They lowered the mileage reimbursement for 2017

Yes, and if I was only tracking mileage in my excel, it would be a deficiency haha

How does mileage come into play?

You get money for mileage = more money in account

Yep and mileage money is always more than actual cost of gas

Don't hit mileage limit on lease?

High mileage limit of course. And if I get close, I start renting cars. Pretty much the same cost to client either way so no one cares

What's the mileage limit

When you lease a car, they cap the number of miles you can drive it.

10k, 12k, 15k are the typical yearly limits. It's to make sure they don't get back a car that's been driven into the ground when they go to resell it

No I know haha how many miles is standard? And how many miles if you get high mileage lease?

To con't the conversation on engagement rings💍 - what do they symbolize to you? My BF and I got into a discussion about this last night. He views them as an investment and an "asset" on the books for his future family. He also has grandparents who had to finance their trip to America by selling their jewels. I see the ring as more of a gift to the future bride that is an expense that can be sold for money if needed, but isn't an investment. I'm fine w/ lab grown, he is not. Thoughts?

Since George Floyd's murder and the sudden Corporate America "wokeness," I (black guy) have been routinely contacted by unacquainted Partners who explicitly state something to the effect "Client X wants diversity, so we'd like you on this deal..." It really comes across as tone deaf and completely patronizing. I appreciate the efforts to diversity (albeit forced), but Partners really need to learn how to not be so supercilious in the approach. You don't have to overtly state that I'm the quota.
