It depends on the industry, but speaking form experience as a candidate and a hiring manager - it’s generally not much of a problem unless you make a habit of moving across multiple roles in quick succession.

I left a role after 4 months and it was the best decision of my life. They worked people to the bone and didn’t care about employees at all. No work/life balance. Left and got a 18k pay increase to be 1/4 as stressed (aka it’s not very stressful). Now after a year I’m leaving again, because I’m getting a huge increase in total comp. The ‘offer you can’t refuse’ has finally happened to me. I admit, it’s a little uncomfortable to explain, but with good reason, no one seems to care. I was transparent about the work/life balance not working out for me after the first move, and for this one well… I’m being honest too.

I'm trying to leave after 3 months. I'd rather take a pay cut to work at a company with decent culture and wlb

I want to leave after 2 months… no support whatsoever, do people get training or have I just been spoil at my previous job.

I am in the same boat. Although it’s gotten slightly better but I’m still not sure. I’d figured a year would be better than jumping ship after 6 months.
