I’m a mid-level agency producer and I’m worn out. I don’t know if it’s the agency I am at or the industry overall but I’m kind of done with it, especially now since the work is so dull. I don’t want to do project management since that’s the part about the job I like the least, but I don’t have the chops to flip to the creative side of things. What am I good for? What’s less pressure but still pays a decent salary and uses my skills but doesn’t require extra training? Open to wild ideas

Just drafted my tax return for 2021. My spouse overcontributed to their 401k. In their defense they changed jobs mid year, messed up, miscalculated and overcontributed by like $1370. I asked them to contact their payroll dept first thing tomorrow.
