Only thing good about WFH? What else do you want? This is the reason I will only WFH and would quit my job if they made me go into the office. Getting high all day while clients think I’m slaving away is awesome. Been doing it for a decade.
I haven't been able to up to now, since I joined I have been full wfh. There is no procedure to do so, like for instance go together for lunch. The notion of setting random teams calls is something I don't like and team-bonding is something that is not initiated by project manager
Honestly this is more on the manager for not load balancing appropriately. Take advantage of it my friend - it probably doesn’t last forever so take it when you get it!
As long as companies are reluctant to fire you because they can't find people on the market, you can continue doing it and the company will just have to put up with it
Refer back to this when you’re skipped for promotion
Pew pew… from both sides Chill everyone, we all have our own sets of values and what we strive for. No need to tear each other down for pursuing their respective dreams

That’s right. Brag about it in a public forum like you’re twelve. 👍🙄 And we wonder why management doesn’t trust employees 🤦♂️
Management is doing it themselves as well

Makes me wanna be a consultant. On my field its is pretty clear when someone is slacking.
Just too lazy to read your title

They wouldn’t piss on you if you were on fire. Good on you as long as you maintain good appearances!
To everyone, yes I complete everything that I am asked to do. It is just that 1.5-2 hours needed and not 8 hours every day

Nice. You’re well on your way to making MD 👍

Well if you’re salary, then they pay you to do a job and not work a set amount of hours. As long as you get the job done no sweat.
Your manager who has to review this at 2am because you couldn’t finish it earlier takes major offense.

What if OP is getting all their work done and their manager is happy? That’s the more likely scenario.

Did you really have to post this under your company name?

You’re right probably like 500,000
As long as you're getting your work done, whether it's in 2 vs 40 hours, who cares. More power to you, sir.

Lol why is everyone so mad at this? Jealous?

Me too! Except I read the ‘magazine’ (HIMYM) 😉
