Understand this - everyone has a different perspective towards their own life. What may be sufficient for you may be too less for someone else and same thing vice-versa.
Coming to your questions-
1. why are we not able to survive 1 year in a company, Let me tell you my own journey, I have a total experience of 4 years with the same organization. I climbed up the ladder as much as I could, but sometimes, you don't have any other option but to move on if you want to grow. Hence I switched.. not everyone gets the best opportunities to grow as soon as they join, and if someone else sees your potential & offers a better opportunity, why not join them instead? I'm sure there would be many others who do the same. Generalizing anything will never give you answers to your questions.
2. If we have knowledge of some tech stack, it doesn't mean we are experts in it. Its always a continuous learning enthusiasm which we need to have in order to gain the experience. In the end its all about your delivered outcomes. What value do you add to your organization. If you are able to deliver everything expected from your role, there is nobody in this world who should tell you that you don't deserve higher pay/higher position role.
I understand the point but people changing every year, what there are experiences they learn in the organization and the experience and ctc demands and not enough capable to give but Still HR are giving due to supply demand issue and yes we can grabbing that, but after grabbing that your feeling that your not in correct position again switch, before you join that x company no proper research done and join why this chain cause bcoz of this unproper planning cause and this problem is creating mostly with GenZ or less experience candidate
I don't think trying to get more money by switching is a problem. Everyone has their own priorities in life & you should not judge someone if they want to earn more. Why are we all working in various jobs? To earn money right.. People who switch often get the best compensation possible for thier experience level. Having said that, I agree, a person can not learn much if they switch every 5-6 months or less. But I believe 1 year is more than sufficient to gain knowledge & become technically strong. It all depends on the level of dedication a person is willing to give towards their own learning. Not everyone switches for learning & growth, few people switch purely for compensation benefits & it's an individual's decision to make.. not ours 🙂 also, while switching, if you lie to the recruiter about your knowledge, obviously you'll struggle in the new job if selected. If a person has the skill to learn, anything can be learnt with time..
