Hi! I’m Head of Insights at an agency in London. I built a team of 4 and oversee and train junior and mid-level insights analysts. I’ve been told that I’ll be promoted to Director next year but I might need to move to NYC because of my husband’s job. I’m a bit worried about finding a job similar to the one that I have now in NYC, especially because I’m Latin and I know how competitive New York can be. Any thoughts and recommendations?

I have done analytics and operations consulting for 9 years and I don’t like anymore. If there is even a remote chance of getting hired for product management role, I would like to take it. I am reading the books on PM and polishing my resume, are there any other things that I should keep in mind?

I’m currently an associate with an asian asset management company. I previously have been in pr agencies where work is fast paced and as an intern, i understood the intensity needed to work and consider myself as someone who is really willing to work hard long hours and deal with pressure. This role is something Ive wanted as in to break into the finance world. They described the company to be a fast paced one as they deal with multiple launches but i am finding it slow. Any tips?

In this field, when choosing a masters degree program is it more beneficial to get a degree in Human Resources to further my knowledge in HR (my undergraduate degree is in Economics) , an MBA, or Data Science Degree due to the fact that HR is becoming more data driven as well as get a PHR / SHRM-CP certification?

I'm leaving Deloitte (consultant - capital markets) for an analyst role in M&A (in house) in a relatively small company. How long should I stay and how hard is it gonna be if I want to join an IB or rejoin a consultancy ?
