Aren't you tired of not getting recognized for the efforts you put, the late you stay, the targets you have achieved, and others dive in and steal your recognition?
Don't you want your higher levels to recognise your efforts without even telling/screaming?

I am currently working with a service based organisation (Mindera) and it’s only been 2 months. I recently received an offer from JPMorgan for the same pay.
Tech stack wise, the service based is a little ahead using latest tech while the team at JP Morgan is still in the process of going there. So I've got the offer letter from Genpact today, but I have to send the required docs and BGV should happen and then in 3-4 days they might send Joining/Appointment letter.
So my doubt is, shall I inform the current Consultancy that I'm rejecting their offer? Or shall I wait till I get the appointment letter from Genpact and then inform the consultancy?
