I am a Full Stack .NET Developer working on .NET Core and React.JS, and my current CTC is 12.2 LPA.
I am looking for a Job Change. And I got an offer of 18 LPA, but it is a startup.
Now, if I get a call from any organization and tell them about my expected salary which is 24 LPA, they say we do not have this much budget for this role, and do not proceed with my application.
So, what should be my expected salary, and how to negotiate with them for higher package?

I trained on .net and then after I supported .net application. After 3 years I got to work on ssrs reports. We build reports from scratch in ssrs, then I worked on qlik view application.
