I've reached out to recruiters, applied for jobs, and networked. I am now at a bit of a stalemate on how to move forward. Just started as an AE and I am responsible for the prospecting, running meetings, and closing the deal. Ive been doing like 50/calls per day with about 40 emails per day. I either keep getting rejection emails, VM’s or not interested over the phone. Can someone give me advice how to to get more people attend my initial meetings? This school year has been very challenging to me. I’m a instructional aide,one-on-one, in a general education classroom. Teacher has never really made conversation with me, sometimes I force a ‘good morning ‘ from her. Her silence around me just makes me uncomfortable and not welcomed in her classroom. I am currently living in Hyderabad. Paying rent here 22+2k = 24k for 3 bhk flat ( 5 members in family)
I got an offer from an organisation , but it requires me to move to gurgaon.
My spouse has permanent wfh .
My current CTC is : 20L
Offered CTC in gurgaon is : 31L + relocation expenses
Since I have never been to gurgaon, hence i am trying to understand the cost of living in gurgaon also is it wise decision for me to move gurgaon?

Guys BIG ALERT!! DON'T JOIN MAVERIC SYSTEMS. They are taking exp employee and burn them crazy for 16hours day and both weekends (spl Think Next batch) . They do humiliate employee to insane level and each one are crying a** out. They insult in daily call and corner each one personally. Some employees are threatened to each ask for 1 day sick leave.
