As a manager of a restaurant, how is it best to address parents with screaming babies/children given that it is not a kid-encouraged establishment? The parents were oblivious to proper etiquette and other guests complained making the parents of the screaming baby wildly offended. How does management appease all parties? Pregnant with my first, due 3rd week of April. My husband has an optional work trip in February for a few days, and asked if I was comfortable with him going. How do you get a client to move away from wanting meetings only after 5pm? I’ve had a few meetings with them after work hours and I think they now expect that I’m always free after 5 to talk when they want. I think I’m within my rights to not have meetings after work hours (of course with exceptions when urgent), but these are often just discussions that could happen via email.

How do they celebrate Christmas/the holidays where you work? Our office has decided to do an ugly sweater competition at our potluck and I can't wait 🤣. Plus we had a guy come and put icicle lights up around the eaves. When I worked at a hospital we could never decorate so I'm really enjoying it.

Hello Fishes 🎏 Need your suggestions... I worked on many different assignments for around 8 years in IT and finally feel that I'm unfit for industry where long hours on screen is involved. I'm able to learn quickly but burn out due to stretched timings. I am unable to work post evening and for long hours due to health issues. Can you suggest the roles, technology, type of companies I have to choose to have good balance. PS: Money and brand is not a priority. Can survive with decent pay.
