Been on the bench for almost a month now it's not that much demand due to the end of the year.. how long do you typically have on the bench before your let go?
On the bench 3 weeks because rather lame project that was set to start this week was delayed. Just got pinged for a really cool project that starts 4/18 but other project now starts 4/11. Do I wait?

Hi fishes, I am currently a staff 3 at EY GDS and got confirmation on my promotion. I will be a S1 effective from october and i got the exceptional performer rating. But i have 3 YOE with 8 LPA and i received an indirect hint that my hike wont be good. Please let me know your thoughts? How much can i expect in terms (%) increment this year based on the promotion? Is that even dependent on the promotion? And should i look for other opportunities considering the YOE and current package?
Partner community, it’s interesting to see so much opacity and variation around partner comp...for the benefit of the community at large, do you mind sharing;￼ (1) company, (2) Years as Partner / Equivalent, (3) cash comp (base + bonus) and (4) % Commission? Fully understand that “commission” is not the standard by any means but if you could express your comp beyond cash as % of revenue sold, I think we can cut through the noise a bit. TIA!
