Interviewed there about a month ago, they rushed to set up the interview (same day literally hours after the phone screen) and told me how urgent they needed to fill the role which was a bit of a red flag. I sent a thank you follow up and never heard back.
What i know of them is that they are very small and i’m not sure they have an HR dept (according to the recruiter i dealt with). I know they have some Janssen business (Tremfya) and Merck (Keytruda).
I’m always weary of Omnicom since they pay terribly but mileage may vary.
Yeah you should. All Omnicom agencies pay the lowest salaries in the industry. And not a little bit. It's 20 to 30k lower and then they lock you into a low salary by being slow to promote. So not really worth it.
It was a great place to work for a while, then they recently went through some big leadership changes as they grew. This is all according to a friend of mine. It hasn't been easy, apparently. Might be easier to wait a few months to see how it all shakes out, unless you're the kind of opportunist who sees these kinds of things as a chance to move up quickly while things are fluid.
Have a friend in PM there who started last year and likes it. Says the pay is notably better than their last pharma job and that the workload is manageable.
They mentioned the account team has it a little bit tougher than PM since acct is responsible for the majority of the scoping/budget tracking and the clients need a lot of hand holding. But it overall sounds not the worst?
I hear really good things about them. They have a reputation for providing wlb and having good culture. I think they offer great benefits as well.
