Opinions on telling your recruiter the other companies that you are interviewing at? Yes or no

How to tell recruiter you no longer want to go to final interview with firm? Should I just do it out of courtesy?

I’m the only black corporate associate at my firm (AM Law 200). It’s recently come to my attention that I’m getting paid the same as associates with far less experience, but still mentoring and leading on deals. Then they brought in more white associates making far more than I do, still less experience. Comp is a black box here, but I’ve managed to figure it out. Interviewing at other firms at this point. I don’t feel like asking these people to treat me fairly. Anyone else ever experience this?

I’m in the middle of an implementation project currently but am actively interviewing for other positions. Is it inevitable that I’ll be burning bridges by leaving the firm? Idk why I feel so guilty. I’m one of the only BA’s who the client trained for 3-6 months and have close relationships with most management. Project won’t end till late 2022. I just don’t see myself happy in implementation work long term. Advice? Thanks!

I desperately need advice. About 4 months ago, I interviewed for my dream job at a firm that sounds like it would be the perfect fit and wonderful to work for (Firm 1). I followed up, but never got a definite response one way or another. I then recently interviewed with Firm 2 which also seems great but is not as geographically desirable. Why is it so hard to get an interview as a software engineer? I gave interview in EY thinking its product based but just came to know its service based. Please advise whether I should go for Eurofins as its a product based or EY as its a better offer. Hi Fishes, I recently made a switch and my ctc jumped from 13.5 lpa to 38 lpa.I have moved to a prdct based compny,they have given the ctc I have asked for and on top of it additional joining bonus of 6 lks & rsu.I was very happy with it because I got little more than I have asked and I didn't try anything else even though I had 50 days of notice period left. But now when I see other posts where people with lesser yoe is getting almost the same package I doubt if I settled for less

I just finished what I thought was the final round of interviews for a job that I really want. Everything has been going extremely well. The recruiter just called to tell me that they want me to do one more round, though. This will make 8 interviews total, including a full case study presentation to 4 people. Should I be worried? Is this a red flag?

Agency recruiters: do you participate in kick-off meetings with hiring managers?

My company thinks that’s not scalable for us to be in those calls. But I find it hard to speak enthusiastically about a job to candidates I interview when I never got to even hear the founders speaking about it themselves.

We have now agreed that I’ll get to see the recording of those calls. I’m not sure if that will suffice, though. Any thoughts on this?

I'd love to hear about what people are doing to stand out in providing feedback for candidates who made it to the final interview stage but did not make the offer.

Do you find that most hiring managers won’t budge on that?
