Can't say for certain but feel like you could budge and get $2-3 more an hour. Living in Florida, I'd bet $42/hr goes a but further than living in New York or California though.

I'd talk to someone at Aya or one of those agencies and weight your rate side by side with that of other OR nurses. That'll be the indicator to jump ship or keep going.
If you factor in living expenses and the inflation, I'm sure you're due for a raise. Open it up with your admin.
I would think more given that you have more than a decade experience PLUS you hold a certification. I would ask for 45 an hour. I have been a MS/Tele nurse for 5 years and will be starting OR nursing in two weeks and they offered me 37.25. You have twice the experience as me in that specialty. Ask for more
Thats the standard rate out there
