How would you expect to be rejected by a company if you went through 4 interview rounds (for a total of 2-2.5 hours) and met with 5 different people? Phone call? Generic copy and paste rejection email? Email with details and reasoning why? I’ve gotten several rejections after making it this far in an interview process but the latest one just rubbed me the wrong way. No reason for rejection, no personalized message, they didn’t even say they went with another candidate who is a better choice lol

I’ve been running into weird happenings at my new firm learn of everything “I misunderstood” about my package. I don’t actually qualify for quarterly bonuses at a pro-rated billing rate; no 401ks till year 2; and the biggest—we don’t qualify for a raise unless we are here during the entire fiscal year. We have a 2100 billable req which I’m barely hitting. We also get paid below 6 figures. I learned that the new associates came is at least $10k over us. I graduated 2020–but 1st firm job. Advice?

Ive been learning to be a data scientist (Ineuron Full Stack Data Science)

Considering having a hands an experience on 4-5 Projects with Internship Certificates, Is it possible to get an opportunity directly into a Data Scientist Role(NLP/ML)?

Or should i go and work as an Analyst first and then look for an opportunity at more adv role?

One silver lining in all this is, in my case is being able to watch my daughter grow while wfh. It's amazing how in the first year of life so much happens that I for sure would of missed out.
