Orange Theory is more basic than CF. People tend to start with OT and move onto CF.
“shredded” will happen in the kitchen, not in the gym.
CF might make you bulk[ier] but it depends on their programming [and your nutrition]. The really big dudes [and women] at CF are lifting outside of Metcons. When I used to Cf, we would do Squat Sundays during open gym. that’s when the gains happened.
Orange theory is cardio based, CrossFit is more functional, more weightlifting, albeit with a significantly higher risk of injury
Thanks VP1, any good tips for sheredding in kitchen ? I try to keep my caloric intake to 1800-2000 calories a day (male here) but have not seen any differences in my body

Yeah, like Principal 1 suggested, use an online resource or a nutritionist. I will say that sounds low and it’s hard to know without knowing your macros and BW. 1g/# lb BW for both protein and carbs is a rough starting point.
I eat for size and performance, not aesthetics.
