Officially it says 60 miles. But depending on your city, that is either a ton or not very far.
I'm about 94 miles from my office. The catch is that there isn't much FS work out of the PwC office so I always travel or work remote since my clients are not in the home office city. I don't think pwc really cares where you live, but you have to be available if a local client pops up.
I’ve seen my office 3 times in 3 years. I know a guy who lives in upstate NY and is “based” out of NYC. The answer is it depends on what type of work you do
Depending on your background you can look at A&M. We have a small group in Austin despite having no office.
I am 90 miles away. And another state. Mostly client facing so base office doesn't matter
I think the important part to this question is “officially”. I don’t live within 90 miles of my home office.
Also, I am confused since we have an Austin office. Haha missing some details
Thanks y’all. I had the impression that it mattered what type of work you did.
Currently living near Austin, TX. Most firms don’t have an office there, but in Houston or Dallas.
