Hi guys, I got fired after H1B is approved but before it’s activated on Oct 1st. Is there any way I can transfer my H1B to my new employer? The H1B was filed via consular notification. I got fired in August, so don’t have any pay stubs for September. Btw currently I’m on STEM OPT.

I am earning 33 LPA (CTC) with a total of 10 years of experience(7 years after MBA) in Operations Consulting. What should be equivalent salary in UK ? I am targeting similar roles in B4 or Accenture.
