Other than work hours, what would you change about your current lifestyle?

I developed an eating disorder in college that has continued until today despite seeking therapy. I’ve kind of accepted that starvation and weird habits are like my version of alcoholism. I have also recognized some clear eating disorder signs in other female partners. For example, a rail thin partner who has crumbs and cookies piled up on her desk. Another one has the tell-tale chipmunk cheeks. Anyone else have an ED?

Does anyone have advice for getting my dog anxiety medicine? We have tried lots of OTC stuff and many professional trainers and they all mention that we need to talk to our vet about anxiety medicine. however, our vet refuses to prescribe it without us going through a behaviorist. The problem is the only behaviorist in our area is $700/session (minimum 2 sessions) and the wait is 5 months. Should I try a new vet or has anyone had luck with a virtual diagnosis?

Our 3 year old cat got diagnosed with a heart issue. Genetically weak heart muscle or something apparently and we won’t know how long he has - could be weeks, could be 1-2 years.. 😞 just hope he doesn’t feel any pain. I love our kitties but it just is rough when they are sick and there’s nothing you can do.

I’ve had pain and discomfort lately and visited a gyno this week. When they examined me, they mentioned a endometrial (?) cyst on my ovary that I didn’t process fully, and prescribed low-hormone BC to manage the pain. After the visit, I did research and it appears this is a late-stage result of endometriosis, which I have never been diagnosed with (no previous gynos have ever mentioned it). Has anyone had one or have experience with endometriosis? I’m concerned about my fertility (still young).

Went on a final interview today and the interviewer yawned through my presentation, was so BRUTAL with feedback, and was just super low-energy. This dude picked apart my entire presentation and frowned through all of it. Up until this point, everyone that I interviewed with said the presentation was great, but some things that need improvement.
