OTT Consultants: exit opportunities seem pretty poor based on the typical kind of work we do? (Eg. Change and Comms)

I have RN (ED) + NP (treating adults and elderly in primary care) experiences. I have a tech role as well as an NP (onboarding, EHR modifications, small project management, problem-solving, etc.) I am looking for a senior consultant WFH position where I can bridge my love for healthcare & tech and doesn't require a business certification or travel > 50%. Hi , i am having 3 yoe and have an offer from cts having joining date as 8 june but i want to resign on 15th march and not before that due to some project reasons . So my LWD becomes 13 June if i put resignation on 15th march which is more than my joining date 8 june .so what should i do in this situation i have already mailed my assigned recruiter at cts to extend my joining date but getting no response . Kindly suggest ??
Should I resign or wait for the reply of cts recruiter.

Just received an offer from deloitte human capital practice in dc federal as a consultant coming in at 82K and 2K bonus. Is this normal? What is the pay for a 2nd year consultant and a sr.consultant?
