Any suggestions on how to address the upper management teams' racial biases? Like, I don’t think anyone on the team is openly racist, or at least they aren’t aware of it but I have been with this company for about two months now and I can tell the difference in the way POC are treated vs. the white employees. For context, the leadership team is made up of 12 men (all white), and two white females. So, yeah, not sure how to address this.
Huh? What do you mean pay them off? Like to take of the bad review? Are you bribing customers haha
I've never heard of this but I haven't been working customer service that long. Still, sounds a bit sus to me for you boss to be doing this
It's not uncommon. I left a bad review for the rental agency I have an apartment with and within an hour someone contacted me with a "solution" that magically cut my rent by 5%. No wonder this agency has no negative reviews. My distrust of online reviews is definitely growing.
I've never heard of this. I've heard of paying for good reviews, but paying bad reviewers to change their tune... I've never come across that. So I'm thinking it's probably not very common?
That sounds very unethical. Maybe not illegal exactly, but incredibly shady for certain. Have you looked into the company's policy regarding this sort of thing? Even CEOs sometimes aren't aware of all of the rules.
