Our company went through an exercise of redefining product roles - from business analyst, product owner, product manager to assoc pm, pm, senior pm etc.
The concept is everyone with same skills - with different competency levels.
My question is - what about interest? I am energized by execution, not so much strategy. Is product management for me, or should I be looking at other career paths?
Note: I am not overly ambitious, but do want to have a good salary for my retirement savings😉

Hello all - I have been offered a role with a big 4 in Canada for the "Manager" level. Since, it is a new market, I am unaware of the salary benchmark and big4 pay range in Canada.

TCS HR sent me salary Structure 2 Month back and said will be sharing offer letter Next week. Since then , They are sharing only last week Again came and took screen shot again and now not picking call. It's Been more than 3 Month and they say we are working on your offer letter.

Hey all, I have been at Bank in HCOL area for two years in product, have been promoted, and make $113K, looking at a potential $5K bump at EOY. With 2 YOE in product, do you think it’s worth going startup? Do you think it will 1. Improve learning and 2. boost earnings?
