What benefits, perks, and other work life balance things would you like your firm to have in an ideal world?

What type of questions are asked in Morgan Stanley for position of Senior Database Developer skillset in postgres , snowflake etc..Any leads would be much appreciated.

So to give some background, I currently have about 6-7 YOE in the BA/PM space, and my current position is 100k, with 10k annual bonus. The position I hold is as a Senior Business Analyst at the company I'm currently at.

I received an offer for a Salesforce Functional Business Analyst at Accenture for 128k annually with a 15k signing bonus. I'm hesitant due to the lower title, as I want to move back into PM work, and feel as if I'm taking a step down. Also, concerned with the WLB at Accenture.

Hello Everyone,

I have been working as an Associate PO for over 1 year now and would like to understand how do I better myself at the job role. Are there any specific certifications or courses that I should look forward to completing to get a better edge. Also would like to know what could the future hold from here (potential roles, jobs, etc.).

Any help would be appreciated.

I received a referral for a company, however, when the recruiter reached out to me, it was for a role at a higher level than the job I originally submitted for (Manager vs. Sr. Specialist).

I only have a little under 2 years of direct experience for the role and the role requires 5. Should I ask to be considered for the lower level role before moving forward?

It’s hard to understand COVID-19 rates of infection where I’m at or was, and the contracts was not inline with corporate ideals at least not in the IT sector. Their ideals was radical and the spread of harmful information on past events to prevent ethnicities to get vaccinated was alarming. It has highest infection rate in private sector. Don’t know death rates was strictly remote and put on non-sanctioned project NDA wasn’t signed and never knew until it came down the grapevine.

Cont. from Previous Post 3 mos 8 rounds: Thank you for your interest in NR. We appreciate the time you took to apply for the CSM position. We were very fortunate to have a strong group of applicants to consider for this role and have recently filled this position. Unfortunately, because this role is no longer available, we will not be moving forward with your application. We will hold onto your application, and if a position opens that closely matches your skillset, we may contact you.

Perspective requested.
10 mths ago i was talking to an acquaintance (lives in IN, same age late 20s) and they were having a baby. I expressed my congratulations and during the convo said something like, ‘…here i can’t bring myself to adopt a pup and you’re prepared for such a big responsibility’. Everything’s cool.
Present: (randomly) they remind me of this and say they understood my intent but want to teach me that I was culturally inappropriate.

Which offer should I accept? Currently staff 2 at big 4 in Tax with CPA license. I want to leave tax ASAP. Both are public companies +1B in revenue and same salary. Offer 1 - staff revenue accountant so reading contracts, speaking with the sales team and legal team, a lot of work at the end of the months to close books and reconcile transactions to make sure we are ASC 606 compliant. This track usually leads to director of revenue. Offer 2 - internal audit staff so SOX and compliance projects.
