You'll probably hate it. Jobvite feels more modern, plus it's a real ATS, not add-on for HRIS.
I would recommend you to detail dashboards you like in Jobvite and ask the Oracle team to implement it
Thanks a million! The requirements gathering/implementation is scheduled to begin over the Summer.
Hello! We've seen a few of our clients switch to Oracle HCM and it's been a challenging implementation and stabilisation. They've found the system to be rigid in terms of approval chains and the reporting that is coming out of the system is fairly basic almost 12 months in. Similar to some of the recommendations above, begin the implementation with a clear idea of the reporting you need and invest alot of time in Recruiter / Hiring Manager training.
Hi! We implemented last June. The hardest part along with folks noted above is position management. We are a large global company and position management in its current form isn’t realistic (too rigid, can’t upgrade or downgrade reqs easily). It’s been challenging for everyone
Yes it’s no problem if you aren’t the one doing it :). For us, it takes editing the position (managers don’t know how to do it so recruiters help), then canceling and creating a new req (annoying, more approvals), then having candidate(s) reapply to new req. this whole process can take a week end to end without an offer going out
