I brought up alternative apps for applying or sites as options, but I'm struggling to show them good options for the applicant on the go - our school systems are limited; what is the best apps/websites to garner quality applicants???

My joining date is 5th September 2022 (next Monday). Till now I have received any On-boarding intimation from HR. The HR doesn't respond to emails, even when I keep myhr.gds in CC. HR also didn't share the mobile number, hence I can't contact her. My LWD is 2nd September. I have another offer from CTS.
