That’s a lot of money a day. I wouldn’t be worried about how to nicely ask her, that’s your money and your children. It’s completely reasonable to set a budget and communicate that to her. Approach her next week when you’re a little removed from this feeling and have a plan, and let her know that you’re setting a budget for the credit card spending on your children, limiting to $xx per week. How she chooses to use that based on the day to day with your children can be up to her, but she should not go above that
I like this idea - thanks!
(Cont) and multiple memberships that have unlimited visits. I don’t want to complain or be cheap, but how do I nicely ask her to be a bit more thoughtful about what she’s spending? She’s been with us 2 years and has generally been reasonable, but now she’s regularly spending an extra $20-$40/day on top of all our normal costs
Maybe set a weekly budget and communicate this to your nanny
