ZS Associates Hello folks, I am a permanent employee of Persistent. I am deputed at the client side. My client is an ZS associate. Recently I have resigned from persistent. But ZS is very happy with my work. They don't want me to go. My ZS manager has asked the persis manager to retain me OR remove the cooling period clause, ZS is ready to hire me as a permanent employee. I will be very happy is ZS takes me as Permanent employee. But will persistent remove cooling period clause? Persistent Systems Limited ZS

I was laid off during Deloitte‘s mass layoff in July of last year. I have worked as an independent contractor since and projects haven’t been consistent at the client I’m working for. I’m looking to get back into a big firm and was seeing if anyone would be able to refer me or help get my foot in the door. I was a business analyst for 1.5 years at Deloitte and have several years of additional experience which I’d be more than happy to share.

C1, you sure? Just because you didn't personally sign one doesn't mean you're not subject to one.
For example, at my current client we have a blanket NDA that applies to all work we do with them (even though there wasn't a specific NDA for this specific project)
I’ve never been on any that require an NDA
Some firms also have you sign an NDA when you join that apply to all contracts you work on.
Assoc 1 has it. I bet all master service agreements we have with clients have one. And all employees sign one on joining saying they are binding on us.
I don't think I've ever signed an NDA but anything is possible if the firm's blanket doesn't cover something or has arbitrage clauses or some other unique legalese
Never..
