When did you move in with your SO?
I’ve felt very supported at Accenture also.
Not sure if we’re considered big, but I think Kearney is pretty great for LGBTQ+ support (at least in Western countries).
Like many firms, our G is a bit overrepresented compared to others, but we’re actively making strides to improve representation in this area.
I’ve felt very supported at EY by peers and leadership.

Like Kearney - we aren’t big - but have a small but fairly active LGBTQ+ employee resource group. Pandemic aside, we don’t have much office culture so it’s a bit harder to socialize. I’d say we are genuinely supported but I do think it’s more about the optics of it all. Culture here is a bit dry and old school here - you know “get your work done and don’t complain or question leadership”...
Not Deloitte where I am lol. During recruiting I saw McK GLAM as the strongest in USA.
