What industry? Not necessarily innovative, but for SaaS, an easy way is to set up keyword searches on LinkedIn Sales Nav (can be done in recruiter as well), and add some additional flavor depending on your companies niche (HR software, fintech, etc…). Or work Fishbowl, Reddit, Bravado, etc…

TikTok? I have seen some recruiters on there use it in a unique way for hiring. May not be a fit but it’s definitely different and creative.

I would suggest things like “jobsearch”, “careeradvice”, “resume”, “interview”, etc. I am not a creator so I don’t have a ton of insight on that domain. But, I am a consumer and have seen some creative posts related to hiring/job postings that I thought were innovative. One particular lady stood out to as she explained in the short video the role and who might be a good fit. I noticed all of her postings were open job listings from a company called Celigo. I think it’s a tech company if that helps your search.
