Outside of the Big 4, are any other consulting firms known/respected for their finance and accounting consulting wings?

How’s the culture at the Big 4 in the southwest (Arizona, New Mexico)? Thinking about accepting an offer there. I’m from Minneapolis so I don’t have a point of reference. Any advice is appreciated.

Does B4 still pay out your 2 week notice if you’re told not to come back for the 2 weeks? I’m giving my notice but have a week of paid personal days and a week of training for the 2 weeks of notice

My big4 firm let me go and I am unsure about what to do next. I never liked the stress so maybe industry, but i enjoyed the type of work and coaching, so manybe another big 4. Any thoughts are always helpful
