Do you sit a lot? Get your desk setup ergonomically checked. Regularly rotate tass so you are not sitting for more than 30 minutes at a time. ie. do some work, answer the door, do some work, put the washing on, etc

All this stuff they said and also maybe yoga. Stretching regularly does great things
