Over my entire teaching career, I've had to move out of state several times and start over. I guess I just don’t purge it. Even staying at the same school I backup my google drive to my personal most summers and back up student work (and my work laptop) twice a year. I use student work as examples every year so it’s useful for me.

Completely bombed an interview yesterday, and I’m ok with that. I realized how wildly unprepared I was and how I can make it better for the next ones I have lined up! It’s ok to fail and learn from mistakes. Also my kids were running around in the background so hopefully that wasn’t the reason 🤣

I went through a pretty rigorous interview process for a marketing project manager but ultimately wasn't given job. Though most of the feedback was positive, the other candidate had more direct experience with the job responsibilities (digital assets, social media, etc.) My job/company dabbles in digital but it's primarily traditional media. How do I again the experience if I'm limited by the type of work we do?
