I got selected in TCS few days back in final round. But due to having some legal pending family issues when I put the details of the same in declaration, HR said that we cannot proceed with pending legal cases. And in iBegin portal the status is showing Evaluation in Progress. HR said your profile will be floated and you will be notified later for other opportunities. I cannot apply for other positions also now. How to fix this. Is anyone having pending cases not allowed to join TCS.
