Should’ve checked with them beforehand man. Also there wasn’t any hotel cheaper than $300? this just happened to me with delta, but they offered either a night at a holiday inn or no coverage at all.

I was not going to stay at a residence inn on Valentine’s Day alone. That’s a key part I forgot to mention. It ruined Valentine’s Day for me completely.

funny

$300 hotel room near an airport seems excessive. Why didn’t you stop by and get vouchers from them?

like

You should have asked them to book a hotel for you or if it was a work trip your company/project should have reimbursed you. They usually have a special rate and specific hotels so that’s why I’m assuming they won’t pay your full amount.

like

And I am fighting for a full reimbursement? Do I have any basis?

Check your credit card protection. CSR and Amex plat should cover

Very helpful. Will look into it! Thanks for the actionable advice

Hey guys.
