Was anyone able to get transfer to Gurgaon in CBO? When I raised the ticket in TSC, they replied with bunch of questionnaires to be answered by SM such as, number of SC/M in my team present at Gurgaon location, staffing visibility of around 9 months on project, etc.

How is the average snapshot score calculated? Is it simple average or weighted average depending on the hours of each snapshot?
E.g. snapshots submitted for and feedback score received:
Project 1 - 50hrs - 5/5
Project 2 - 40hrs - 4/5
Project 3 - 10hrs - 2/5

Final average for scatterplot or mymetrics = 3.6 or 4.3 ?

I am a new BTA, I staffed on my first project where I worked 80+ hours including weekend. My team did not have any time to give feedback. Now I am being "rolled" off due to budget cuts.

I can see a non solicitation clause in my current employer's offer letter than I can't join client within 12 months of my termination.

Are this non solicitation clauses followed in reality? Everyone's has been asking me to chill, since I'm joining as scon, not a manager or with any trade secrets. Opinions pls.

Hello everyone. I am working with Microsoft project in EY. I know a lot about their control and compliance rhythm but as somehow when i apply to the action center, my CV never gets considered post pre screening.

In august I’m coming up to 1 year anniversary at work. I wfh and reside in Houston. I’m feeling underpaid for the 7 years of experience I have in immigration. It is a small firm with 1 attorney, and 3 paralegals. No benefits and making 45k. Attorney completely relies on me for everything court related as her go to. Ill also be on maternity leave in September-October. Attorney is paying for my mat leave but i don’t know how much to ask for in a raise since I’ll be leaving a month after.

My co-worker is so resentful and competitive because I was promoted over her last year which caused a demotion on her end. People in the company still go to her for things that should be for me but she rarely corrects them.
