Capgemini I joined sometime back at D1 level , I do technical work most of time like coding, dev, testing etc.
I have worked a lot in my 14 years and still have required skills needed for the work. I don't have energy to slog any further. Moreover I get anxiety when I see junior level people doing same work as me and earning more or same.
I feel cannot sit longer hrs due to back issues and other health issues and family commitments.
Can I change to management side without risking my job .

Baby was exactly 1 year / 12 months old. 3 weeks or so from start to finish. First week was high fever, no appetite, tired and cranky. It was round the clock care and using both Motrin and Tylenol at the same time, and sponge baths and fav foods (was desperate to get him to eat anything at all.
Fever broke at end of first week. Never went to ER or anything, just pediatrician to confirm covid. Weeks 2 & 3 were the worst cold ever. Lots of fights over the nose frida nasal sucker, hard to eat or drink milk with the cold. Round the clock Hylands.
By the end he lost about 10% body weight. But gained it back within a few months and now he's fine. Hardest part was that we got covid at the same time too and it hit us like a freight train, but luckily we had help (grandparents stayed with us).
He had a fever of 102 for about 3-4 hours. Then was totally fine. My husband and in laws had the same symptom. Only reason we knew we got it is because I had a fever and then a terrible cough so I tested. When I got a positive result we all tested. We honestly thought the rest of their fevers was just from overheating after the pool day / a sunburn (it was over the summer)
Caught it in July when omicron was raging. Started with a fever around 99, fatigued and slept a lot. Bit of runny nose and some coughing but not too bad. She was back to normal in about 3-4 days. Wasn’t vaxxed yet.
1.5 y old, had fever for 2 days, a bit of cough, and runny nose. Was well after 5 days again. We on the other hand suffered for a month

At 9 months it was one of the easier viral infections. Fever for a couple of days and minor congestion and cough. Agree with others that having it ourselves was the toughest part. For the kid, RSV at 2 was much worse.
