Any openings for freshers for TA/HR profile?
I received a Senior Game Developer position at Globant Game Studios and just wanted to know if anyone has any idea about this department. I received Bangalore as the base Location and they told me Pune is having all the team, in future will they ask me to join in Pune? Which I don't want to.

Hi All,
Persistent Systems is giving 10% variable on gross annual CTC. HR says you would receive minimum 70% of variable pay every month and remaining 30% will credited once a year at the end.
Does anyone has idea on this? Can I believe this and include 70% variable in my take home

Columbia is M7, and it doesn’t have a part time program in the traditional sense; it has an Executive MBA program.
I’d say part time. My manager did her part time at an M7 and she could readily immediately apply things she had just learned (e.g. influence with executive clients). I did a full-time M7 and loved my experience because I was a career changer and in a junior role which allowed to me advance my career and learn a ton in two years.

I'm biased but if you can swing it I'd do ft. It's a great opportunity to reflect and get out of your consulting bubble for 2 years. Careers are long and you never know what connections you make during the MBA can do for you later.
Loved my time in EMBA at Columbia. Definitely provided skills that helped along the partner track and that continue to be valuable today.
FT. Unless you really really need money for the 2 years you’d be out. Life is short and you prob could use a break.
I did a part time / executive program years ago and have no idea how I would pull it off while in consulting. It wasn’t crazy hard, but there was work during the weeks and the Monday after spending all weekend in class was miserable, even in the easy job I had then. Adding things on to the consulting workload is a non-starter for me.
