Does anyone have experience with Ben Glass’s “Great Legal Marketing” programs? https://greatlegalmarketing.com
I ordered a free “starter kit” from his company and received a decent-sized box with some books and audio CD’s. Haven’t listened to the CD’s yet, but the books aren’t bad, with plenty of practical advice.
Now he’s running a promotion where you can get two months of his basic-level course for just $19.95 to cover the cost of shipping. It seems that Ben is one of the better-regarded legal marketing “gurus” out there.

Hi fishes,
Do you follow up with people after an interview? And, 2 weeks after the interview if you don't hear back from HR/ other team?
What's the usual trend?
The Novo Nordisk HEOR team was great, the manager responded with reason for rejection, with guidance on which Dept I'll be more suitable for. Really enjoyed the interview process.
On the other hand, Novartis has gone silent after three rounds of interviews! Do I officially consider myself being "ghosted"?
What do you do? 🤔

If you are starting as an Audit Associate some time from now with Deloitte or any of the big 4, do they expect you to have passed/completed all 4 parts by the time you start? Received the Becker Reimbursement email from the recruiter not too long ago but have yet to start. I’ve seen plenty of people get to Senior at a big 4 firm without the CPA so I am a bit confused in that aspect. Any helpful feedback will be very much appreciated.

Yes, you should be concerned. Good news is that half the performance year is still left. I'd have an open and honest discussion with the reviewers on whether today they'd support you for promotion and, if not, what you need to demonstrate in order to get there.
I think if you have a number of other reviews you'll be alright. But I would agree you should figure out why they're giving you lower reviews than you are typically accustomed to.
Depends on what your role was on the project you got the lower development rating for compared to the other projects. If you were asked to do less then your snapshot should reflect that. Remember, the snapshots are about development, not performance primarily. You don't have to be next level all the time to get promoted
Will it be an early promotion for you? For early promotion, one does need higher ratings. If it is a normal promotion, then a few partial below are generally acceptable. Differentiators are important too. In addition, try find out what you could improve on and demonstrate that in the next few months.
@pwc4 nope im an A3. Honesty I never got along really well with either senior or manager, and the client was a drag. Strange as i got a PD on the last snap for another engagement.
A few partially below are not "generally acceptable" for promotion. OP would need some pretty solid other snaps to offset. In order to demonstrate you're ready for promotion, it's important to has snaps that illustrate progression against the framework to partially at next level or at next level. Differentiators are less important for promotion - differentiators drive rankings/bonus amounts.
