Finally found THE one, after over a year of searching and trying out at least 5 different ones!
A nice comfortable office chair.
https://ergochair.co/collections/chairs/products/ergonomics-mesh-chair-w-adjustable-headrest-and-armrest?variant=32511617597491
My criteria: mesh seat and back, arms, headrest
I tried cheap ones from Amazon. Expensive, second hand gaming chairs. Tried HM Aeron (second hand) and while I didn't like the bulk and the general design, I was sold on the mesh seating. I wanted to get the ErgoChair 2 from autonomous, but it doesn't have mesh seat.

If renting out the bedroom would mean having to share the kitchen/bath with a random tenant, I don’t think it’d be worth it
This isn’t a bad option. Could rent just the room. Make note in the ads that test of house is off limits. I’ve never used the app from the other side of the table but would imagine you could only offer it on certain days/weekends that works for your schedule.
Lmao whatever you’d make on rent would not be worth a permanent third wheel living in your home with you. People get so wrapped up in whatever is the most “financially efficient” thing to do and forget you actually have to live with the consequences (literally).

With a 1.5ba home? For me it’s not worth the extra income to lose that much privacy
Put simply, on paper yes, but it really depends on your lifestyle and preferences. You’ll cut your living costs and save a good chunk of money for the future/pay your mortgage faster if that’s your preference. Personally, not sure I’d be willing to go that extreme. Maybe if they could have a private bathroom.
It depends on what you want. Do you want someone else to live in your house? Sharing the kitchen and bathroom (1.5 bath, so at least share the shower). What if they are not neat or have visitors often or stop paying rent, etc etc. I personally wouldn't want that, it is a different story if I have a 2-family house or if I am single living by myself.
Three people shouldn’t be sharing one shower. To me, I wouldn’t rent that, and most people that you’d actually want living with you wouldn’t either.
Coming from the UK this salary seems insane to me 😂😂 here you would be seen as a baller if you were on half of this by your mid 20s £50k as an individual - although owning a home here at that age is extremely unlikely unless you inherited money. If I was making this salary I would be taking a vacation every single month end not living a married life.
