How do you deal with the stress of waiting to hear back about a position that you interviewed for and really want? The interviews all went well with the most senior person even talking about how excited the whole team was about you and how they felt you were a great fit for a variety of reasons. What are the pros and cons of the ACCA vs CFA?

I added a well recognized litigator in my area at a top firm on LinkedIn... reason being is that I’m a first year in litigation and hope to accomplish at least half the things he has in my career. So it’s interesting to see his takes on things when he engages on a post.

Im wondering if anyone knows what the “rules” are re: being contacted while out on leave. My VP has said she’ll be texting me if she needs anything, and while I don’t want to be unhelpful,I REALLY don’t want to think about work at all while I’m out. Has anyone here not pursued an extension because client isn’t listening to advice, whitewashes statuses, purposefully misreports (read: lies) despite what data clearly shows, misses deadlines and then just rebaselines dates, etc. because of concern they will fail and try to blame consultants (so reputational risk) and for other reasons (e.g., no value in time billed, other work could be pursued, mental health, etc)?
