Hi folks, I have 6.5 yrs experience in Java, Springboot, Microservices with my CCTC 10. I am being offered 23 Fixed + 1.1 PF in DBS for Senior Associate Role for Full Stack. They mentioned there will be also some bonus component which will be provided ranging from 0-15% of 23. Can you guys suggest if it is the best that they can offer considering my CCTC. What is the expected range for fixed part for Senior Associate Role.

A good Manager will talk to Partners about you, and how you’ve been supporting them, contributing, etc
As a manager - I make it very clear who I go to for work or who I’ll work with to get it done. Partners hear the same names over and over again. It is the names of people who can take an ask, define it, and own it. The more you rise above manager and director expectations, the more references that will get made to partner. I’ve blocked associates from getting staffed on my projects based on work they have done with me. I say to partner that’s a risk for that engagement. They ask why, now all of a sudden you have a new data point in partners mind. Every interaction is important regardless of level. Make the people around you successful. It only helps you in the longer term
Reinvest activities. Build / design a training course. Look for an opportunity to co-author a paper/article for publication. Get involved with proposals. Recruiting. Etc
You may not feel that you have visibility to the PPDs, but rest assured that they have PLENTY of visibility into you.

I’m not sure why this is only addressed to partners. Managers can get you plenty of visibility upwards. I’m drowning in work on a large client. I need to throw items over he fence to eager associates. They will get plenty of visibility. Just offer to help
