1. Display extreme ownership - be it taking notes , getting coffee or conducting a workshop
2. Network intelligently - get to know people who can teach you what you don’t know
3. Stay long term in projects and develop deep relationships
4. Help make the practice better
5. Develop a reputation for some useful hard skill - make everyone think of you the first time they need it .

Ownership and initiative - consistently take initiative and pick things up that need an owner without waiting to be asked to do so.

Teamwork and doing the right thing - do the right things for our clients and the firm first, not yourself, and always team with people vs being territorial.

Building relationships, both internally and externally, and maintaining your brand - focus on getting to know people vs being a “car salesman” and doing things that fit into your brand.

Have to drink the coolaid a bit - you will be representing the firm, therefore you need to believe in the firm.

Just over 5 years in PA (audit and accounting advisory) and looking to make a move to an employer like Siegfried as a Manager. How is that experience looked at by the industry? Very limited characters allowed, very sorry of that sounds conceded. I don't know where to apply or where I fit anymore. I don't have a degree.

Definitely took the wrong job. I was offered a seriously competitive salary and great benefits to work at a well funded startup, which is great! Turns out the salary and benefits were meant as lowkey bribes to insure I worked at the company without actually doing any work. Every single suggestion I've made has been shut down and I've been ghosted for several meetings with the CEO. What should I do? Just leave?

Looking for some advice on a couple of offers I have.

The first offer is for an Account Executive position at a smaller company with a base of $50k and another $20k in OTE.

The second offer is for a BDR position at a larger and faster growing company with a base of $60k and another $20k in OTE. Also some stock options but they aren’t public yet.

I have 2 YOE as a BDR and think I could succeed in either position. Both have hybrid work set ups. Any thoughts or advice is appreciated! Thanks.

1. Offer to go to Deloitte as SM $200k+
2. Admitted to NYU and Columbia full time Bschool programs - no scholarship at either
3. Admitted to Darden w more than half scholarship
4. Offer to go to Two FANGS as a program manager, 150k base, 75k annual equity (non technical role)

I don’t love what I do but seems I could make partner in 3-5 years at D. Having tough time turning down Columbia Bschool or FANG.
