Almost never unless we are discussing layoffs or elevations.

How often do you discuss layoffs or elevations?

As a new partner, literally all day with my work BFF who made partner the year before me. Otherwise not much.

Not much. We have certain associates in our respective assignment working groups that we work with for our matters.

I have been overwhelmed since I joined past 2 months. They are nice and supportive it’s just that the minute I complete one task they start pushing more and more to me with no breather in between. Some items that they owned before I joined are also something I have to ramp up on.
