@OP Let's be honest, when requesting time from partners, it should be a client deliverable at all times (even to just check out your idea). But even more so, based on what you're asking, they are your clients, which means this communication is a deliverable.

And OP, I am also discussing something logical: base-level professionalism. A quick FYI, firing back at me doesn't really affect me, but it might affect you in this thread. Here's the gist of my comment: if you get feedback about something, you don't just correct the mistake, but you should also double check your work going forward.

Simmer down everyone. (1) Don't insult your customers. (2) It is a good assumption that $100 isn't going to motivate a lot of partners to sign up for a fly-by-night startup platform. (3) Advertising isn't the purpose of this forum, but I'll allow this post because it may be of interest to members but only as long as you don't abuse it (e.g. by posting this a million times).

Regards,
Partner 1

There are a number of grammatical errors on your site. Fix that first.

Why would you presume that $100 "doesn't matter"?

But, I do like your concept. I should've noted the positive with my critique. Apologies for that.

@Partner1: I appreciate your advice and will definitely keep in mind. Especially #1, I learnt something.
@Deloitte User 2: I apologize. I will work on your feedback. Thanks

Because partners are big people. They earn much more than that. $100 for mins help matters a lot for consultants and sr. Consultants, that's why lot of them have signed up already HiCounselor. But we don't have any partner on the platform yet.

Yeah. Will do. Thanks for feedback

No problem buddy. I appreciate every feedback and you will action on your feedback within 2 days. Thanks again

@Deloitte User 2: I am not writing a client deliverable here. At least I am discussing something logical. I am sure you are not doing the same

I'm looking for ideas on measuring personal productivity as a product manager. What I'm looking for are quantities or quasi-quantities for how I work that will be leading indicators of the outcomes I create. Not looking for product, business, or dev metrics. I have those. Likewise, not work outcomes.

E.g.: hours of uninterrupted focus work, total and daily average. Number of client listening/reqs-gathering meetings, weekly or monthly.

I'd like to relate these to outcomes over time.

Ideas?

Is there anything I could recommend her? She still has 4 weeks with them 🤦‍♀️
