My view is that Partner is less risky in the longer term and provides for a slow and steady, stable, good income — sometimes in career and retirement. Also provides stability in that there isn’t a whole lot of change (e.g., acquisition) at least at the largest players. Also have the ability to move around inside of a large firm, do different things, and keep it exciting.
C Suite provides potentially larger earnings but with higher risk (equity volatility, market changes, acquisition, etc.). But, it also provides the upside of a more command/control structure (assuming you’re at a traditional partnership) and the equity upside when things go well.
Wipro WIPL program.. How beneficial is it for an average BSc IT professional?.. keeping in mind that the individual is average in studies and just graduated from a mediocre college.. Is there a better option for such individual to pursue his/her career?
