What date/month do people receive their bonuses?
That would be right for average. Some companies it will vary and also depending on the individual.
Mine were more like 400 > 650 > 900 > 1,100 > 1300 > 1500. No pension benefits but also not eat what you kill.
Can I guess ? :-)
That’s higher than what you should expect at EY by year 5 as an average performer.
EY no raise Y1 to Y2
No, there is still a pension - but it’s a “cash balance” program that is not as lucrative as the old pension of pre-2018. The firm puts in fixed amounts each year (the amount is determined by age) and then it grows at a defined rate.
Are you talking about just base salary or all in? For all in that seems really low early on. I've been a partner for 2.5 years and I was 800, 1.4 for my two full years
A similar one to yours
Sounds about right
Idk progression but they start at 800
Started all in about 400K+ or so . Year 3 with promotion to Sr Partner 600K+ .
Yup
Numbers will vary based on firm. What you have OP is in line with B4. MBB will be much higher and IBM will be lower.
New PwC partners are starting at ~700k from what I hear ;)
Nope. It’s def 670-700k depending on the unit price.
