We need more teachers down here in AZ! If you're in the area, or moving to the area, or even thinking about moving to the area (😅) feel free to check some of these out and apply. I would recommend going through the schools website, but there are multiple schools hiring! Cannot provide referrals, can provide recommendations for a good place to get a drink to celebrate your new job.

What is the best tool for hiring teachers?
Hi! I just accepted a Relationship Banker II role in Allen, TX. My offer letter was 50k base and 1k guaranteed commission a month first year. I just graduated w a degree in Business Administration. Basically the info I got on how commission works was pretty vague. Anyway I wanted to see what someone I’m their 1st or 2nd year can realistically expect to on average make in commission a year in this role. Also what do bonuses in the role look like? I’m hoping to just hear some ballpark numbers! JPMorgan Chase JPMorgan Chase

Lol yes, you should do that, and no, it’s not considered shady activity. As a matter of fact, tell them I’d like to network with them, too, while you’re at it.
OP, doesn't quite work that way as there are checks and balances to avoid this very thing, but a referral can take you much further
Its not shady. Don’t ask for favors, ask for opportunities to bring your skill set to the table. If there is an open position that fits they’ll be happy to have made that connection. If not there might be one in the future. No harm done by simply asking.
You are way too broad. Decide which role, which company and when makes the most sense to jump. What level are you now, might want to wait.
